Each event effectively begins when you depart your hometown for one of our great destinations. Once at the destination, Trip Sports handles all of your arrangements, including ground transportation and hotel accommodations. Once you are settled in at the hotel, then it's time for you to go to work.
Trip Sports opens up the gymnasium for each participant to have one guaranteed practice, usually on the first full day at the destination. The actual athletic contests will take place on the following days. Following your contests, the time is yours to do as you choose.
Trip Sports currently offers the following events:
Participants of the events are provided packages that include:

●Buffet breakfast daily
●Event souvenir
●All related tournament entry fees
The cost of these packages is based on several variables. First, some tournaments have date flexibility, meaning you can adjust the number of nights you stay at the destination. Second, the occupancy rate is always at your discretion. The fewer nights you stay and fewer hotel rooms you stay will result in lower costs.
Teams are responsible for booking their own airfare, any lunches and dinners, and any extra sightseeing while on the trip. If you should need assistance in finding airfare, Trip Sports would be happy to help. There would be no charges or fees for this service.
Trip Sports is also able to accommodate fans & supporters of your program. They are typically offered the same packages as the team and utilize much of the same ground transportation and hotel accommodations.
