Sports Information for Trip Sports' Events
The following information
is intended to help coaches and SID's:
OFFICIAL SCORERS
It is not necessary to
have someone from your program scoring ("keeping
book") during your matches or games. A member of Trip
Sports' staff serves as the official scorer for every
match/game. If you do have someone that will want to
score your matches/games, space is normally allocated
at all game tables.
STATISTICS
Trip Sports provides
statistics at all of its events. Stat Crew is the
program of choice. If you wish, you may send us a Stat
Crew roster. Due to the fact that we use different
personnel from event to event, and sometimes game to
game, we cannot guarantee that we will be using your
roster files. Post-event, if you wish to receive the
game files, just let us know and we will email them to
you as soon as practical.
MEDIA REPORTING
If you need assistance in
distributing your box score after each contest, Trip
Sports can fax the box after each match/game. Due to
the logistics involved with some of our events, delays
in faxing boxes to media outlets can occur. We do try
to fax them following each contest (basketball only).
If you would like for us to send faxes, please provide
us a list of media outlets. Note: Please limit your
list to five media outlets.
