Teams from across the United States will travel to Las Vegas on the Thursday before Labor Day to compete in the event. Volleyball action will start the next day using a "classic" format. Competition wraps up on Saturday, leaving Sunday as a free day for all participants before traveling home on Monday, the Labor Day holiday.

For all participants, Trip Sports will offer packages that include ground transportation, hotel accommodations, breakfast buffet daily, event souvenir, and all related entry fees. The quad occupancy price is $549 per person. Rates are available for additional occupancy rates (single, double, triple). If you need help with fund-raising, we recommend My Sports Dreams.

The official hotel for the event will be the Embassy Suites, located just off the famous Las Vegas strip. The hotel will offer complimentary transportation to the Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino (formerly the Aladdin) on the strip. Within a short walk of the hotel, participants can find additional restaurants, shops, and other items of interest.

TIRED OF PLAYING THE SAME SCHEDULE?
Trip Sports provides you with quality opponents to play during our events. Most participants in the event will be traveling from all over the United States, thus allowing you to play some institutions that you would not normally have a chance to compete against.

OFFICIALS?
Trip Sports contracts qualified officials from across the U.S. to officiate the contests. We utilize certified officials at both the up and down positions. We also provide all line judges, eliminating another hassle for teams.

HOW DO WE SCHEDULE GAMES?
We recognize the importance of proper scheduling in collegiate athletics. We will make every effort to communicate with you and your coaching staff regarding your opponents. In fact, we look forward to the input from your program as to who you might like to play.

WHO MAKES THE AIRLINE ARRANGEMENTS?
The packages with Trip Sports do not include airfare. If you would like our assistance, we would be happy to make your airline arrangements as well. Trip Sports does not charge any ticketing fees or mark-up on your airline tickets. Thus, whatever price we are able to find for you should be the exact same price you could get yourself.

HASSLE-FREE GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Once on the ground at your destination, a coach motor bus will transport your entire traveling party from the airport to the hotel. On game days, the coach bus will also be your mode of transportation. At the conclusion of your trip, the bus will return you and your party to the airport.

WHAT KIND OF LODGING DO YOU USE?
No need to worry about your hotel accommodations on your trip! Trip Sports has inspected several hotels at each destination and has chosen only the "best of the best" for you and your traveling party. The official hotel for each event is listed on its respective web page.

WHAT ABOUT PARENTS, FANS, AND BOOSTERS?
In addition to serving your team, Trip Sports will service your parents, fans, and boosters of your program. By making all arrangements through Trip Sports, this special group of individuals will be able to utilize lower airfares, lower hotel rates, and basic ground transportation.

HOW DOES THE TRIP WORK IN TERMS OF COST?

Trip Sports offers packages based on a per person price. The price varies depending on how many people are in a hotel room, which means there are prices based on single, double, triple, and quad occupancy.
